Resetting EWS passwords is unfortunately not something we can do. If EWS says your account is locked, keep in mind that lockouts are temporary for 15 minutes. Once that time has transpired, you can use the "Account Setup" button to reset your password. As long as you use the same username, it will not change your account.
* Use Employee ID as username/User ID.
